[Mott] material for next meeting posted to wiki

Just a reminder, we won't meet this week but instead will continue with our Weekly Mott Report Meetings on Friday April 24 at 1:30pm EST in TL-2236.

I have posted PDF files on the meeting wiki (listed below) comparing representative runs from each of the target foils studied in order to understand the energy and time cuts we'll apply, and also to plan for the summer run.  It will be useful to discuss the trends you observe.  I'll discuss ideas for modifying the analysis code.  The next iteration will incorporate those improvements, our view of the data, and the full data set.
