[Mott] ToF-Cut vs Not ToF-Cut Data

Comparisons of time-of-flight cut data and NOT-time-of-flight cut data for two different energy cuts -- gaussian fit cut from -3 to +3 sigma, and from -1 to +3 sigma. Standard gaussian fit of ToF curve and then cut from -2 to +2 sigma. The data is also given in the spreadsheet. For reference, EM1P3 implies energy-cut from minus one to plus three sigma. TM2P2_EP1P3, time-of-flight cut from minus two to plus two sigma, energy cut from +1 to +3 sigma...
