Great HCO work today, thanks for everyone's help getting ready.    Lots of laser activity, with steps forward and backward.  We're having some issues using new optical fibers that carry light from ISB to tunnel, however, are optimistic to have a laser ready for Mott program on Wed DAY.   We also found and tested a nice way to make an in-situ measurement of the target ladder position which suggest the ladder positions are set low ~3mm, something we can test w/ beam.

For Tuesday SWING we won't make beam, however, if Ops can support turning capture and cryounit ON this would be useful HCO.

For Wednesday DAY predict additional laser work in the AM and QE scan of photocathode.  Once that's done we can lock up INJ SEG as possible and INJ/NL on SWING.

Just to be clear, don't turn the gun HV ON yet.
