[Mott] meeting follow-up and plans

Good meeting and discussions yesterday.

I have added a slightly modified version of Matt's summary of how we might wrap-up Run 1 and assess a Run 2 to the wiki:

We will meet in ~2 weeks on May 15th at usual 1:30pm EST time.

1. Main event: Charlie will provide an assessment/summary of our theoretical status
2. Useful to have updates on target thickness and Run 1 analysis
