Folks,

I propose we meet next week to sync up, talk about SPIN and the paper.

Considering schedules and time zones I suggest Fri Aug 12 @ 4pm EST.  If bad, please tell me (grames at jlab.org) your availability and I'll sort out

To be effective, I propose no more than 3 slides/update:

1. Riad, your final conclusion and recommendation for the spectrometer dipole magnet
2. Daniel, what you've done and remains on your list to use Marty's G4Mott code
3. Marcy, what is/isn't done finalizing and writing down target thicknesses
4. Joe, what is on my list for beam and polarimeter results/writing
5. Tim, abstract and outline for SPIN
6. All, paper writing
