[Mott] Next version of abstract

Dear All,

I have placed my latest version of the Mott abstract in the Mott 
Dropbox, and it is attached to this e-mail as well.  I felt it was 
absolutely necessary to make a strong reference to Marty's excellent 
results in the abstract - his results contribute very meaningfully to 
the overall quality of the paper we (will) write.  I also added some 
comments about the future, as well as tried to clean up some language.  
As always, comments/criticisms/corrections etc. are welcome.  I'm ready 
to start writing more, and hope that we can now begin to move forward 
more earnestly with the writing.  (Thanks to Marcy for giving a strong 
push to this effort.)
