fyi - I checked ... JLAB TN's may be publicly accessible, but will need to get division approval, which isn't a big deal, just another step...
So, if we want to use TN's in the Mott publication that's OK, and ref. might look something like, not sure if the link can be shorter...
Author Name, “Title,” JLAB TN-XX-YYY (Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility, Pub Date), https://jlabdoc/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-ZZZZZ/XX-YYY.pdf.

We can make the link to the tech note publicly accessible, but I need to ask Andrew Hutton (or in some cases, Fulvia) for the okay. Shouldn't be a problem.

Subject: TN question
Hi Kim,
To save our publications from being overly technical we sometimes reference the gory details in a JLAB technical note.
I assumed JLAB technical notes are available to the public, but maybe not!
If an outside wants to see a TN is it easy, straight-forward - or are there hoops to jump through?
Joe
