[Mott] v6, and counting

At yesterday's Bubble meeting, Riad caught a math error in my error budget regarding the absolute calibration of the requested field to actual field, i.e. "the power supply". This is important to address correctly, so I've added some text and updated table in summary to reflect a more realistic value, see attached. Total uncertainty now 0.21%, still OK for Run II.

Also, Charlie asked how much the central value and uncertainty would change if I got the stray field wrong a small amount, e.g. if mu-metal doesn't make field 0.0000 G inside. It's a good point, similarly absolute calibration of probe I used, or not being able to get the probe into the beam pipe, etc. I'll repeat the analysis, will let the stray field increase or decrease everywhere by 0.1 G, and evaluate the central value and uncertainty. I'm not expecting this to be dominant to the present error budget, but the proof is in the pudding model. It's a little tedious to do, but will try to get to this before our next meeting.

So far the vote for meeting next Wed. 16th is 2-0, and that includes me :)

Joe
