[Mott] Mott paper update

Dear Mott Team,

I'm not purposely trying to delay this any further, but I finally submitted corrections to the proofs today.   Thanks to Marcy and Matt for catching some errors that crept in during editing.  Otherwise, nearly all the issues to address were related to fact checking and re-ordering the reference list per PRC guidelines.  That was tedious, but is done.

I requested a second set of proofs prior to publication.   I'll circulate that copy to everyone, for what should be the last hurrah.
