<div>It's been a long time coming, but the Mott paper really took its form in 2019. The present draft (#4) is attached and is seemingly quite close to being ready to submit to peer review. But before taking this step, I would like to schedule a group conference
call opportunity to review or discuss remaining concerns.</div>
