Attached is the second round of proofs from PRC.   At this point, it's mainly to check that the references were renumbered correctly, in the order they first appear.   That's "my job", I'll do carefully and check against the corrections I already provided them.   

 However, if you find any other or new errors please send them to me by <b>Friday 5pm EDT</b> listing them by their corresponding line number(s).   Provided any further changes are very minor, I'll give the OK to address and publish (i.e. no 3rd proofs).<br>
