[Mtrcycle] Bike Shop services

Hi John,
     I have had mixed results with Redline. They are close to me so  
usually I go there for inspections and stuff. They quoted me $65 to  
mount and balance a tire on a loose rim, maybe the recession is  
getting them to think more realistically. Also last time I took my  
Guzzi there for inspection they failed it on a chip in the headlight  
that has been there about 13 years (light still works fine). They  
passed the exact same thing the last 4 years. Took me about a month to  
find a replacement. Also when they serviced my Hawk it took about two  
months of pestering to get it back after they quoted a couple of  
weeks. However they are pretty knowledgeable overall and the counter  
staff are helpful if a bit slow. I think the boss guy is also an  
instructor at one of the VIR track schools. And they do have lots of  
shiny things to look at...
