[Nps] [EXTERNAL] NPS Open Mic contribution to QCD Town Meeting - Slides draft

Hi everyone,
Please see attached the draft slides for the Open Mic contribution at the
QCD Town Meeting. The presentation is scheduled for Saturday morning and
the slides should be uploaded on Friday by 9:00PM ET. Could you please take
a look and send me any thoughts and/or updated plots to illustrate our NPS
Science Program and future in the strongest possible way?
