[Nps] NPS DAQ triggers

Hello,

In preparation for beam, it would be helpful to finalize the triggers
for the DAQ.

With Bob Michaels, I suggested the following:
Trig 1:  NPS Calo trigger (replaces "SHMS")
Trig 2:  blank or TBD
Trig 3:  HMS 3/4
Trig 4:  HMS "Real Electron" = 3/4 && Cherenkov && low-threshold shower
Trig 5:  NPS Calo && HMS 3/4
Trig 6:  NPS Calo && Trig 4

Comments on NPS trigger:
The exact meaning of NPS Calo trigger will be determined by parameters
in the files controlling the FPGA etc.
These include
* Cluster threshold for trigering
* Cluster threshold for readout
* Possible two-cluster trigger (enhanced efficiency for low energy pi0)

NPS Cosmic events and LED events will be recorded only in dedicated
NPS single arm runs.  It is not clear to me if either or both of these
need a separate trigger (trig 2?).
