[Nps] nps_replay on cdaq

I did a quick fix.

So now it is working.

I will have to think of something more permanent.

Please leave nps-2023/nps_replay in the branch temp-fix

Hi Mark,

   I might have accidentally done it myself.

I created symbolic links to make a few tests, and then deleted the symbolic links (or that is what I thought). I'm very sorry if I deleted the actual directories...!
