Ole made updated to HCANA for the multi-block readout and a few other things
See https://github.com/JeffersonLab/hcana/commits/develop

I accept the changes.
I pulled them down to nps-2023/hcana
Did  "git submodule update" under hcana to update Podd
( if you have you own setup you need to do this).

Did a "make install" under hcana-build

If there are problems let Ole or myself know.
