[Nps] [New Logentry] Hall C NPS RC update

We had smooth running yesterday and today until beam was lost by end of owl shift because of a cryo issue.
Hopefully beam will come back in a few hours and we will resumed production follow the run plan for KinC_x60_2  and  KinC_x60_2'

There were some sporadic fan alarm for target yesterday but it seems to have quieted a bit. We will stick with this controller until end of the run tomorrow.  

We will stop beam tomorrow at 7 AM so Hall can be surveyed to be open at 8 AM to go to controlled access.
After Joe, locks the sweeper magnet, calorimeter will be moved back and work on calorimeter will start.

We will have the usual NPS RC meeting today at 11 AM
