[Nps] NPS monthly regular and NEW NPS weekly (pre)installation meetings

Hi everyone,

Following our discussion at the collaboration meeting we would like to
announce the start of weekly NPS (pre)installation meetings that will take
place Thursdays at 8:30AM ET. These meetings are meant to be brief (~30min)
and focus on (pre)installation updates from, e.g., ongoing tests in the
EEL108, also including DAQ and software.

The *first NPS weekly meeting will be this Thursday, 9 February at 8:30AM
ET.* The connection info is listed below.

We will continue having our regular 1-hour long NPS meetings every ~4 weeks
where longer reports can be presented. Announcements of these will be sent
out a few days before these meetings take place and dates will also be
posted in the NPS Wiki: https://wiki.jlab.org/cuawiki/index.php/Main_Page.
