[Nps] NPS Collaboration meeting - February 2-3

Hi everyone,

A reminder that our *NPS Collaboration Meeting will take place Thursday and
Friday (February 2-3) at Jefferson Lab*. The meeting is open to anyone
interested and we hope to see many of you *in-person*. Please feel free to
forward this email to anyone you think should be there. This is our last
collaboration meeting before the experiments start this summer - a busy and
exciting time and there is much to discuss!

Please note the meeting room locations:
*Thursday: ARC231/233*
*Friday: L210A (Cebaf center)*

For those that cannot travel a zoom link will be available.

The first day will focus on detector status and new physics ideas with NPS.
On the second day we will discuss the steps towards running the first phase
of experiments this summer, i.e., the installation plan, checkout with
beam, run plan, and preparations for the final readiness review.
