[Nps] [EXTERNAL] Semi daily NPS software meeting

sorry for late notice,

since Julie is around and we have many new students,
we will be having a (hopefully short ) meeting every two days for now
starting today Monday May 22nd 2023 at 4 PM to check on progress, help
if students are stuck and prioritize software work toward the most
urgent tasks and tasks absolutely required at the beginning of the
experiment.

Chatting with Wassim, it seems we have most scripts to look at
calorimeter data but we need to deploy everything on analysis
computer, document and test it works fast enough for commissioning
with beam.

We also have a slack channel setup, it is convenient for small
questions not worth an email
