[Nps] RC meeting today (Wed) at 11 am

We will have an RC meeting today at 11 a.m.  in the meeting room on the 2nd floor of the counting room, and via Zoom.  Simona says she will have in interesting update on the calorimeter.  More broadly, I'd like to hear about all the problems and issues.
