[Nps] Beam status; RC meeting today at 11 am

Tuning beam to the hall C dump went very well last night.  Some beamline systems were checked, like ion chambers and raster.  We did not get CW beam.  The HARPs have some problems but it's being addressed.

Today we''ll meet at 11 a.m. in the meeting room on the 2nd floor of the counting room, and via Zoom
