[Nps] Experiment status; RC meeting today at 11 am

Dave Meekins was working until late last night, trying to identify contamination in either the hydrogen or deuterium.  None found, and so the next step will be to try to cool down and then condense the targets.  The next 24 hours of shifts are cancelled.

Today we''ll meet at 11 a.m. in the meeting room on the 2nd floor of the counting room, and via Zoom
