[Nps] [New Logentry] RC Update (04/04/2024)

RC summary:

* Yesterday (04/03/2024), Day shift: continuing the elastic program which was finished Early Swing shift
    ** Yesterday during the RC meeting it was decided to take short 30 min runs with a larger 4mmx4mm raster size, to see if it will change the target Y distribution.  
    ** We will probably hear more on this during the RC meeting today at 11:00

* Early swing shift we switched to Production configuration: KinC_x60_1
* Analyzing the 1st data with LH2 target from the KinC_x60_1 setting, Wassim and Charles concluded that 1st 2-3 columns of NPS are in the shadow of the sweep magnet Yoke.
Based on this it was decided to turn the HVs of the 1st column off. 

* During the swing shift the target Loop 2 heater power went to zero, strangely no alarm sounded in the counting room. 
Chandan fixed it by Opening the Loop 2 JT valve (12% to 14.6%) and Loop 1 (from 10% to 11%). https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4273444​

During the Owl shift we got a HIHI alarm on LN2 level https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4273696.
I should have been more careful reading instructions to know that this is not a time critical, and expert should be contacted only during day time for the LN2 high level alarm, I apologize for for calling Heidi in the middle of the night.

Other than that everything is going as planned.
Currently Mark Mathison is preparing for the Moeller run.
