[Nps] [New Logentry] RC Update

Since yesterday, we have been taking data smoothly while the beam was available.

<li> We have been taking smooth production data for kinematics kinC_x36_1 since yesterday.</li>
<li> The NPS chiller temperature started dropping and Julie took escorted access to refill the chiller which made the temperature stable. The chiller needs some attention when there will be longer downtime. <a href="https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4284435"> temperature drop</a>; <a href="https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4284481"> chiller refill</a>  </li>
<li> There was some downtime due to the target heater power alarm. This was due to less flow from ESR. Adjusting the JT-valve on the loops won't help. The best way to recover from this, ask the beam off and wait for ESR to send more coolant. The recovery is generally very quick - within a few min.</li>
<li>Here are the last three shift summaries from <a href="https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4284292"> yesterday's day </a>, <a href="https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4284570"> yesterday's swing </a>, and <a href="https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4284986"> and today's owl </a>. ABU for last 24 hours - 19 hours (~79%).</li>
</li> No major updates from the MCC side.</li>
