[Nps] NPS talks at the Hall C Winter meeting

Hi everyone,

Happy New Year!

Please find below a proposal prepared by Julie for the NPS talks at the
Hall C Winter Meeting (18-19 January, 2024, see:
https://indico.jlab.org/event/758/). The talks are scheduled for Friday
1/19 morning starting at 9am ET. Could you please send any comments and
feedback to Julie and me by Friday 1/5?

Four 20+2' talks:
- DVCS on the proton with NPS (Hao Hang)
- DVCS on the neutron experiment (Wassim Hamdi)
- SIDIS program with NPS (Josh Crafts)
- NPS setup and performance (Mitch Kerver)
