Good morning,

During the NPS-RG1a data collection, we held three weekly analysis meetings to discuss online results. Monday morning, after the data collection stopped, we started making plans for the data analysis. We will take a month's break from the analysis meetings and agreed to start a weekly meeting after June 24, 2024.

Please read below and contribute to the analysis's organization.

  * When to meet: Please use this whentomeet poll <https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.when2meet.com_-3F25101079-2Dnm2RW&d=DwIF-g&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=GLZ1Uo9qDO03lszoD5gM3A&m=V22AlDQtsIwrMd3Hcu9_LeiYZPP385N45v1kqQDoL9b11rEVuhHSJGSxfvSQqIQd&s=s7V6-f2DFaMu0ZhqlqtpdF0wiXbfjjnyh2_K7QC4DJ8&e= > to indicate ALL times you are willing meet between June 24 and August 15, 2024. The poll lists a 24-hour meeting window in purpose. As we are spread out worldwide, we will probably alternate meeting times to accommodate everyone, so please indicate after-hours availability. I’ll review the results of that poll on June 1.

  * How to document analysis meeting: Up to now, we have used Redmine and hclog to post our online analysis results. Monday, we discussed using the following softwares and pushed the decision time to our next meeting at the end of June 2024.
     * DocDB (for example, Hall C docdb public page<https://hallcweb.jlab.org/doc-public/DocumentDatabase>
     *   The NPS wiki<https://wiki.jlab.org/cuawiki/index.php/Main_Page>
     *   Redmine (Pion-Kaon LT<https://redmine.jlab.org/projects/kltexp/wiki/Kaon_LT_Meetings> , NPS<https://redmine.jlab.org/projects/nps/activity>)
     * Elog (DVCS at hallA<https://hallaweb.jlab.org/dvcslog/12+GeV/>, NPS<https://hallcweb.jlab.org/elogs/nps/>. I’m chatting with Mark Jones to understand how much support Hall C (not JLab-CC) is providing to elog in the next few years)

  * Preliminary list of analysis tasks: I started a google doc<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__docs.google.com_document_d_1bFAArkcxNbcWXG6oRhfj4f-5F97Z1ctpJWfagbPl-2DjjFk_edit&d=DwIF-g&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=GLZ1Uo9qDO03lszoD5gM3A&m=V22AlDQtsIwrMd3Hcu9_LeiYZPP385N45v1kqQDoL9b11rEVuhHSJGSxfvSQqIQd&s=zPT83zBrxgG2wApjTYhJlezSz6RNoErvbbFpKWtnAj0&e= > with some preliminary items. To this list, feel free to add :
     *   links to existing results,
     * additional steps (no need to be too detailed here), and
     * your name if you plan to work on a specific task. It is ok to have multiple people working on a specific task.

We started setting objectives for the Pass 1 replay, which could happen in October. At our next meeting, Carlos will summarize the steps we took for the previous analysis of DVCS at HallA.

  * People power roundup: Please let me know your commitment to our NPS-RG1a analysis, how much you plan to work on it, for how long, and when you plan to graduate, as well as any other relevant information.

Take care,

=====
