[Nps] 2025 NPS Collaboration meeting 5-6 May at JLab - first announcement

 Hi everyone,

This is the first announcement of our 2025 NPS Collaboration Meeting
together with the NPS RG1A Meeting. It will tentatively take place 5-6 May,
2025 at JLab to avoid possible conflicts with other events/meetings in
June/July.

The agenda will feature talks and discussions on NPS analysis progress and
planning as well as preparing the NPS for the next run group experiments,
and future NPS experiments and ideas. The detailed agenda is still being
developed.
