This is the last reminder about the approaching abstract submission
deadline of the in-person 2022 DNP Fall Meeting (DNP2022

plan to attend, please follow the procedure described in my last email
enclosed below. All abstracts should be circulated to our working group at
least 2-day prior to the Friday, July 1st, deadline.

Given we just had the NPWG session at last week's CLAS
collaboration meeting with a few other talks given by our members in the
plenary session, see the agenda <https://indico.jlab.org/event/536/>, we
won't hold our monthly meeting this week. However, I would like to remind
you about the doodle poll I shared a few weeks ago, this link

stands, for now, most votes are for Friday at 11 AM CDT, and my apologies
in advance to both Or and Taisiya who can't make it. If it remains as is,
our next NPWG meeting will be on Friday, July 29th, at 11 AM CDT, 12 PM EDT
(*or on any other day/time in the last week of July in case the votes get
slightly shifted before closing the poll)*. As usual, I will send you the
meeting's reminder with the call for contributions as the time approaches.
