[NPWG-CP] [EXTERNAL] NPWG Session @ Fall CLAS Collaboration Meeting

Dear NPWG members,

As you may have seen in the call that Silvia sent last week, see below, the
registration for the upcoming November (1 to 4) CLAS collaboration meeting
is now open. Please don't forget to register even if you plan to attend
remotely.
Besides that, the NPWG session will be held this time on Wednesday, Nov.
2nd, at 8:30 AM EDT, the first-morning session prior to the coffee break.
This is a great opportunity to present your analysis/project updates/plans
to the collaboration, thus please drop me a line if you would like to
contribute and include a title for your talk.
Please send me this information no later than the COB of Monday, Oct. 24th,
as I would like to finalize the session agenda before heading to the DNP
meeting.

Dear Collaborators,
the Registration page for the CLAS Collaboration meeting is now open, at
the link:

Please register if you plan to attend the meeting, even remotely (remote
attendance is of course at zero fee). If you have any questions or
problems, contact me (silvia at jlab.org).

I also would like to remind that all offsite Collaborators coming to JLab
to attend the meeting in person should submit a JLab visit registration
request via the link: https://misportal.jlab.org/jlabAccess/ at least seven
days before their requested onsite date.
As Shauna Cannella reminded me today: "If they do not have an approved
registration they will be asked to leave until a registration has been
submitted and approved. In addition, if any new CLAS12 collaboration
members require a badge they will need to schedule a badging appointment at:
