[NPWG-CP] [EXTERNAL] Call for Contributions on March CLAS Collaboration NPWG Sessions

Dear NPWG members,

The first 2024 CLAS Collaboration meeting will be held on the week of March
10th from 12 to 15 March at Jefferson Lab. The event organization has
started, and I am reaching out to you to urge you to send me your
contributions for our NPWG sessions scheduled for the morning of Wednesday,
March 13th. Please get back to me with a contribution title, duration, and
preferred time slot, if any, between 8:30 - 10:30 AM and 11 AM - 12:30 PM
EST, no later than* COB *of *Thursday**, Feb. 29th*.

I am looking forward to hearing from as many of you as possible since it's
essential to keep the collaboration up-to-date with our working group
activities and present updates about all ongoing analyses and planned
experiments/projects. I trust that you will encourage your group members to
come forward, participate, and contribute to this in-person event, but
virtual participation would be accommodated.
