[NPWG-CP] [EXTERNAL] No NPWG February Monthly Meeting & March Meeting Contributions

Since I didn't get any contributions for the monthly meeting in February, I
am going to cancel tomorrow's meeting.

Furthermore, if you have been contacted about the March
Collaboration meeting updates, please get back to me by the end of this
week with the info about your contribution.
