FYI, with this extension of the DNP 2024 abstract submission until the
following Monday, July 15th, we could submit more abstracts in case anyone
else is interested. If that's the case, please make sure to forward me any
new abstract no later than COB of tomorrow, Wednesday, July 10th, to give
the working group members some time to review and send comments.

The meeting will be held October 7-10, 2024 at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza
Hotel, near the historic Boston Common. The meeting will begin the morning
of October 7 with five workshops, followed by the plenary session.

DNP members are encouraged to submit abstracts to one of the sorting
categories below. The general sorting categories, [1]-[16], as well as the
minisymposia, category [20], are available for contributed abstract
submission. The minisymposia summaries can be found here

If a member feels their research fits in one of these categories, be sure
to submit it to that category.

Category [16], in bold below, is a new category to provide APS members with
a mechanism to submit abstracts that could fall at the intersection of
basic and fundamental research and education.

Categories [17] and [18] are for undergraduates only. Posters, category
[17] may only be submitted by undergraduates supported by the CEU program.
Category [18] is for undergraduate oral presentations.

The deadline for all abstracts but the undergraduate categories, [17] and
[18] is *midnight ET, Monday July 15, 2024*. The undergraduate deadline is
later, on *Friday, August 2, 2024*.

*Registration is open, an email detailing how to register and book your
hotel for the meeting will be forthcoming shortly.*
