Dear NPWG Members,

As a follow-up to this call about the CLAS collaboration NPWG mini-session contributions, I am sending you an attached snapshot of our Indico agenda<https://indico.jlab.org/event/910/> as it stands today. As you can see, I still have an open 30-minute slot in the second session after the coffee break, which could be used for some short/flash talks or an approved RG update, such as RG-G, or, e.g., a new planned project/proposal for the forthcoming PAC. As a result, I will extend the internal contributions deadline until Wednesday, Nov. 20th, so please get back to me by then to complete our agenda, which looks already great. Thank you all for your prompt reply to this call and its follow-up.

P.S.: Please don't forget to register for the meeting by Nov. 5<https://misportal.jlab.org/ul/conferences/generic_conference/registration.cfm?conference_id=Clasnov24>th<https://misportal.jlab.org/ul/conferences/generic_conference/registration.cfm?conference_id=Clasnov24>, even if you plan to attend remotely.

Best,

Lamiaa

Dear NPWG Members,

I hope you are doing well.

The 2024 fall CLAS Collaboration meeting will be held from November 12th to 15th at JLab. The event organization has started, and I want you to please send me contributions for the NPWG mini-sessions scheduled for the morning of Wednesday, November 13th; see the under-development <https://indico.jlab.org/event/910/> meeting agenda<https://indico.jlab.org/event/910/>. Please get back to me with a contribution title, duration, and preferred time slot, if any, no later than COB of Friday, Nov. 1st.

I look forward to hearing from as many of you as possible since it's essential to keep the collaboration up to date with our working group activities and present updates about all ongoing analyses and planned projects, mainly for collected run-group datasets, RG-M/D/E and upcoming RG-L (ALERT) and RG-G in light of successfully passing the PAC52 Jeopardy back in July. I trust you will encourage your group members, especially students, to come forward and participate in this in-person event. Like June's collaboration meeting, junior graduate students will be accommodated with short flash talks of 5 to 10 minutes to introduce them to the collaboration since this initiative was well received. As usual, the ZOOM connection will be provided for remote participation.

Best,

Lamiaa
