[NPWG-CP] [EXTERNAL] NPWG Monthly Meeting on Jan. 29th

I hope you are doing well, and Happy New Year 2025 🙂 💐!

We are due for our monthly meeting next Wednesday, Jan. 29th, at 11 a.m. CST, 12 p.m. EST, 2 p.m. CLST, 9 a.m. PST, and 18:00 CET. If you wish to give an update about your ongoing project, please drop me a line no later than 5 PM CST on Monday, Jan. 27th, to confirm the meeting and its agenda to our working group members next Tuesday morning.

P.S.: If you plan to attend any workshop or conference in 2025, please circulate your abstract to the NPWG mailing list, nulcear at jlab.org<mailto:nulcear at jlab.org>, for review and endorsement. As previously discussed, any preliminary results should be presented first to the working group before dissemination, and once the release is approved, a CSC request should be submitted.
