Unfortunately not. While the proposal is written in LaTeX, I used MS Word for my Bio. This may actually be a bit easier, since you have more fine control over the layout (LaTeX tends to do what IT thinks is the right way, while here we need to squeeze what we have into the 2-page maximum). I've attached my MS Word file if it helps anyone.
