[Nuclear-data-miners] new software

Dear Miners,

The new software is released (3.0), which provides more particle selection flexibility and 
option to choose to apply corrections and cuts to selected data.

The ROOT software is also updated to be used with extended data format for custom cuts
for particle ID, please check out the description on the data mining software page, and the 
download the software from "download" page.
