[Nuclear-data-miners] New data mining proposal

Dear Larry,

It is certainly a good idea to go forward with proposal. Ultimate rate of funding you suggest  is minimal which may allow the study to be done.However I think it is reasonable to ask for you  - this would impove the chances to get the minimum you describe.



Also,  I think it would be helpful for writing the suggestions for the topics to be studied to be included in the proposal 
 if you send a list of topics which will be in the part done /close to completion part.
