Hi Larry,
We are trying to book a reservation at the Courtyard Marriott in Amherst, un successfully.
They keep passing our calls to hold and leave us there un-answered. Online there seems to be some issue with booking the rooms.
Is there any e-mail address to talk to someone local (from the hotel)? Is there a contact person for the meeting?
all the best,
erez
