[Nuclear] electron yield discussion at NPWG meeting

Hi Folks,

   I have received some feedback about the discussion of the variation 
of the electron yields with different analyses. It appears that more 
work is necessary for some people so I would propose delaying that 
discussion. If there is still interest in holding that discussion please 
let me know right away so I can get the right people in the meeting.
