[Nuclear] Upcoming Nuclear Physics Working Group meeting and other announcements

Hi Folks,

Here are some announcements and reminders for the Nuclear Physics 
Working Group.

1. The next Nuclear Physics Working Group meeting is at the upcoming 
CLAS Collaboration meeting on Nov. 18 - 21. We will have our usual 
meeting on Friday, Nov 20. Please get your students and postdocs to take 
advantage of this opportunity to get feedback on their work.

2. Is anyone planning on submitting proposals and/or letters-of-intent 
to the upcoming PAC meeting? The deadline for submissions is Dec 14 and 
the PAC will meet the week of Jan 25, 2010. Let me know if you are 
planning a submission so we can organize the required working group review.

3. I have been working group chair for three years now. I am willing to 
continue serving a bit longer since I am currently on sabbatical at 
JLab. However, it is time to think about getting some new blood involved 
in the governance of the Collaboration and put the old dog out to 
pasture. If you have thoughts on nominating someone to the working group 
chair (including yourself), please let me know.
