[Nuclear] Nominations for chair of Nuclear Physics Working Group

Hi Folks,

I am happy to announce that we have three excellent nominations for the next
chair of the Nuclear Physics Working Group. They are the following.

Ken Hicks
Yordanka Ileava
Hovanes Egiyan

I would like to leave nominations open until the end of the day on Sunday
March 28. If you want to nominate someone including yourself, please let me
know by then. Next Monday I will send out an email with instructions on how
to vote for your favorite candidate. We will use the CLAS database. One
issue to keep in mind is that to vote in the election you have to list the
Nuclear Physics Working Group as your default working group. I will have
more information on how to make the changes when I announce the election.
