[Nuclear] EVO instructions for NPWG meeting

Dear colleagues,

here are some instructions on how to join the NPWG meeting today using EVO.
Hopefully it will work better this time.
All you really need to do (if you have an EVO account) is to go to the EVO
meeting web page:

The meeting name is NPWG and it is in CLAS community.

If (and only if) the voice through EVO does not work, we will try using a
phone-conference call.
To join the phone-conference via phone please follow the instructions 
below:
      1. Call 1-800-377-8846 (the international number is: 302-709-8424)
      2. After you are connected enter the participant's code: 16672300# 
(don't forget the pound sign)
