[Nuclear] NPWG elections

Dear members of the Nuclear Physics Working Group,

It has been two years since my term of the chair of this
group started, therefore we need to have a new election.
Please, send me the names of the nominees (and you can nominate
yourself as well). I will verify that the candidates would be willing to
be the chair of this group and then ask Kevin to setup the election.
The idea is to have a new chair sometime this summer so that he/she
can organize the next working group meeting.
