To the NPWG,

One item for group business at the start of our meeting tomorrow is to
discuss the report on the Common Tools.  The Common Tools committee
presented yesterday their recommendations.  You can see the talk at

Something that will impact us is the idea of an Analysis Review Group (see
pages 6, 9, and 13) or the "wise experts".  Jerry Gilfoyle is looking for
feedback from the working groups.
