[Nuclear] October NPWG meeting

Hi everyone,

The next NPWG meeting is about 1 month away on October 5, 2017.  I want to shift the starting time to 2:30pm, so keep an eye on the meeting schedule when it comes out. 

If you would like to present, please let me know.  Remember that the working group should see results and give approval before they are presented at conferences.  

An issue that I want to raise is what our group's role is going to be when Hall B gets CLAS12 beam.  The engineering run could get beam around Dec. 1.  

1) Are you involved with run groups with hydrogen or deuterium targets?
2) Do you plan to wait for the heavy targets or are you interested in testing your analysis with data from early runs?
3) Will you be involved in calibrations and testing on the first data?

I want to gauge the involvement of the group.  I will present responses at the next meeting for any further discussion.
