[Nuclear] July NPWG meeting and more

Dear NPWG members,

Our next meeting will be July 12, 2018 during the Collaboration meeting.  

1) Please send me an email if you want to present to the group.  I will contact those members with analysis reviews for updates.

2) July 1, 2018 is the deadline to submit an abstract for the DNP (Oct. 23-27, 2018).  It is another joint meeting in Hawaii with the Physical Society of Japan.  Please share your abstracts with the working group at least 1 week before the deadline.

3) Nathan Baltzell and Mohammad Hattawy have accepted their nominations for the alternate on the CLAS Speakers Committee.  Please vote before July 1, 2018.  See the following instructions

You will see a section "CLAS Voting"
Click on this and you will see the Election Form.
The "Additional Information" link opens a new tab with the details page.
Choose your preferred candidate by "ticking" the box next to their name, then click submit.
You will receive an email confirming that your vote was registered.

The vote is open now (7th June) and will close on 1st July.
