[Nuclear] user_ana crashes

Nikolai,

We had this problem with user_ana for almost a year.  Finally, we solved the problem a few months ago.  It is a problem with the CEU computers and the environment variables that are not set correctly for g10.  Please contact Taya Chetry for information about how to run user_ana without crashing.  Taya is now on-site at JLab.
