Dear NPWG members,
As you know, the fall CLAS collaboration meeting was held last week, the
meeting agenda can be accessed in this INDICO link
<https://www.jlab.org/indico/event/343/other-view?view=standard>. The
meeting had several interesting sessions, either plenary or parallel
dedicated to each physics working group (PWG) business and discussions. For
more details, please visit the above link to know more about the Hall-B and
Lab status, software development and updates, run groups reports, physics
highlights, and other collaboration businesses.
Our NPWG session was scheduled on Thursday morning with four physics
presentations. The fifth contribution about the "Nuclear TMDs" was given
Thursday afternoon by Raphael Dupre at the joint WG session .
All these talks in addition to my business discussion and NPWG report are
enclosed below.

As it was discussed in the opening of our session, our PWG has now a new
wiki-page, https://clasweb.jlab.org/Hall-B/npwg/index.php/Main_Page, which
can be edited by each group member after login using the JLab credentials.
Thanks to Nathan, this wiki-page was created roughly two weeks ago, and
it's still under development. Thus, please feel free to send me your
comments and suggestions for different tab's content or go ahead and modify
it yourself.
The other main discussion points, which you can find in my attached
business slides, are summarized below:
1. Since I have created this temporary NPWG logo in a short notice [image:
image.png], I have suggested to run a competition to select the best logo
for our group.
This suggestion was welcomed by all attendees, thus please send me your
design by the *EOB of Dec. 6th*. This logo should be *135x135* (or it will
just be truncated): https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__www.mediawiki.org_wiki_Manual-3A-24wgLogo&d=DwIFaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=oFpNaB86z9R0_Cm6JnqHFw&m=KtqfF1hqhZnI812m-S70wCD0oGEnNAbiqRYnj-Z63J4&s=p8E7HqixVqtgyVuSB8Os7ipcEdr900I3bzr9lcRQKQA&e=
I offered to award the best design $100 Amazon gift card, so looking
forward to your state-of-the-art designs :)! After getting them, we will
hold an election to select the best design.
2. It was a motion to start having a monthly meeting in which various group
businesses, analysis progress, issues, and/or concerns can be discussed.
Thus, I have created this doodle poll to set the meeting time, so please
provide your availability using this link:
https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__doodle.com_poll_5y9y7mcvc5f5yqhm&d=DwIFaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=oFpNaB86z9R0_Cm6JnqHFw&m=KtqfF1hqhZnI812m-S70wCD0oGEnNAbiqRYnj-Z63J4&s=4korVHS8Ibes6VqsziGd4VTHW-eVk1WRrCJDfMyS-u4&e= . If you have suggestions for
different meeting time slots, let me know and I will add them!
3. For now, we will leave it up to the group members to request dry-runs
for their conference/workshop's talks. However, that may become mandatory
once we will have some new CLAS12 data/results. The same procedure is
adapted by our peer PWGs before the release of any CLAS12 results to public!
Looking forward to hearing back from you, and my apologies for the lengthy
message!
Best,
Lamiaa
