[Nuclear] [EXTERNAL] NPWG Representative Results

Dear NPWG members,

The representative election has concluded last night and the results are
in. The next NPWG representative in CSC will be... Yordanka Ilieva.
Congratulations to Yordanka, and many thanks to Mohammad and Mike for
agreeing to stand in this election.
Yordanka will assume her 2-year term right away, and Mohammad will continue
his duties as the NPWG alternate for an other year.
